The apartment located in a quiet area has been furnished with care and is very cozy.
The well distributed and practical environments make it very comfortable.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and free WI-FI connection is available.
The apartment is distributed on two levels.
At the lower level there is the dining room with a four seat dining table. There is the living room with TV and Radio and a double sofa bed. The living room has a balcony overlooking a silent inner courtyard. In a separate room there is a well equipped kitchen.
At the upstairs there is the independent double bedroom with a comfortable wardrobe. Still at the same level there is a room with a study corner and a small storage room. On this level there is still the bathroom with shower.
The apartment is centrally located . In the immediate vicinity " there are the theater "Massimo" and the theater "Politeama", both reachable on foot in 10 minutes. Not far from the apartment via "Ruggero Settimo , via "Stabile", via "Cavour" ideal destinations for shopping. A little further away the two oldest streets in Palermo, Via "Vittorio Emanuele" and via "Maqueda", rich in history and charm.
In proximity of the apartment: the city court, the "Villa Filippina"(Place for concerts and events), the church of "San Francesco di Paola", the ancient and characteristic market "Del Capo".
In the area a wide choice of restaurants, trattorias, pizzerias, pubs, bars, ice cream parlors. Several supermarkets in the area, easily reachable on foot.
Nearby bus stop and taxi rank. Easy connection to the train station, the airport, the port, Mondello beach. In the summertime from the nearby "Piazza Politeama" with a frequency of 15 minutes, buses leave for Mondello (Line 806), travel time 25 minutes.
The apartment does not have a private garage, but for guests arriving by car there is the possibility of parking in a modern multy-storey car park (APCOA) located in "Vittorio Emanuele Orlando Square" about 350 yards from the apartment, reachable on foot in 5 minutes. The daily cost for the garage is €.9.
Alternativaly, you can parking in the street under the home in areas bordered by blue stripes. Payment with parking meter working only with coins. Tarif for 1 hour €.1, maximum daily cost €.10.

Summary: This house has it all! It is close to the center of the city and within walking distance to major landmarks. The house was in perfect condition, clean and well taken care of. You can see that the owner takes pride in his property. We couldn't have been happier with our stay and would recommend this property, if we could give more than 5 stars we would.

Summary: Relaxing place to land after a busy day. Very clean; pleasant spaces to eat, sleep, cook, watch TV. Artfully decorated. Ruggero got us a parking place outside the building, which would have been no small trick on our own. We're glad we took his recommendations for restaurants and groceries. Very helpful host.

Summary: We can only recommend this apartment to everyone who plans a trip to Palermo and we would definitely book this apartment again. We (2 people) spent 5 nice days in Palermo. The apartment was absolutely as described online. Everything was very clean and important things, such as coffee, detergents, were already available. Supermarkets and the city center can be reached within a few minutes by foot, still the apartment was very quite. Ruggero was a very friendly host, available at every time point via phone, before and during our stay in Palermo. Thank you Ruggero for being such a friendly host and making our stay very enjoyable!

Summary: Highly Recommended. My friend and I stayed here for a few days. The apartment is very nicely furnished. I found it was much nicer than in the pictures. It really had everything that we needed while we were there, including a washing machine which I desperately needed after travelling for a few weeks. It was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Furthermore, it's walking distance to a few grocery stores and the owner, provided us with a list with the store hours. Ruggero was very accommodating - he offered to pick us up at the bus stop, even when my friend and I were arriving at separate times. As well as taking us to the bus stop upon our departure.

Summary: We stayed for a week, and the apartment was just as advertised. It was spacious (although the kitchen is tiny and took some getting used to) spotlessly clean, and comfortable, with an updated bathroom and great internet. The location was wonderful! Within 5-10 minutes walk of the Teatro Massimo and Teatro Politeamo, it was also any easy walk to the Cathedral, the harbor district, and many other tourist sites. There were many little pizza and bakery shops close by, as well as a small grocery, just half a block away. Ruggero was a wonderful host, even taking us to the taxi station for an early Sunday morning departure. It should be noted that this apartment has a "sister" apartment right next door to it, that I believe could be rented in tandem, if you have a bigger family. I would also note that this was not fancy by American standards, but given the wonderful location, and great price, we believe this was the best bargain of our whole Sicily trip, and we would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone wishing to stay in Palermo.

Summary: Well furnished comfortable flat. Centrally located and within easy walking distance of the Teatro Massimo, market and the cathedral. In a good neighbourhood with restaurants, bakers (even a gluten free one), and a small supermarket. The owner was friendly and so helpful, collecting us from the airport bus and taking us to the station on our departure. Thank you for a great stay.

Summary: Appartement très bien décoré et propre.Il est très bien situé, tout se fait à pied. Roger (Ruggero) a été d'une courtoisie et gentillesse incomparable .Il nous a récupéré avec sa voiture à l'arrêt d'autobus qui provenait de l'aéroport et même qu'à notre départ à 5 hres le matin il nous a déposé à l'arrêt pour le retour à l'aéroport. Qui dit mieux.Un gros Merci à cette charmante personne.Richard et Nadine de Montréal,Canada.

Summary: The apartment was in a perfect location within walking distance of great restaurants and shops. It was exactly as specified in the ad, spotlessly clean and fully equipped with a great shower and bathroom. The owner Ruggero was an absolute gentleman and was extremely kind. He collected us by car from the bus stop on our arrival and with a phonecall allowed us stay an extra night. He also accommodated a late check out on departure and offered to drop us off at the station.
